Yes, we do our best to provide same day service whenever possible. Plumbing issues like leaks, blockages, or hot water problems can’t always wait, so we prioritise urgent jobs to get to you quickly. While some larger or complex jobs may require extra time to plan or source parts, we’ll always let you know upfront what can be done right away and what may need a follow-up. Our goal is to minimise disruption, resolve your problem as fast as possible, and give you peace of mind the same day you call.
We do our best to give clear and upfront pricing before starting any job. In many cases, we can provide a fixed price once we’ve inspected the issue. However, some plumbing problems require fault finding or further investigation to work out exactly what’s causing the problem. In those situations, we’ll explain what we find step by step and give you options on how to proceed. This way, you can choose the solution that best suits your budget and needs, with no hidden surprises.
We service all northern suburbs and also work south of the river. For customers south of the river, we’re still happy to help, though there may occasionally be a slight delay in offering same day service due to travel times. Wherever you’re located, we’ll do our best to get to you as quickly as possible and keep you updated on arrival times.
For your convenience, we offer mobile EFTPOS facilities so you can pay by card on the spot. We also accept cash payments. This way, you can settle your invoice immediately after the job is completed without any hassle.
